Community Use of School Facilities

The SCSD #1 Board of Trustees reserves the right to refuse approval or to cancel any and all permits issued for the use of school buildings or its facilities when it is deemed that such action is necessary for the best interests of the district.
Activities Generally Prohibited:
Promulgating any theory or doctrine subversive to the laws of the United States or any political subdivision thereof by advocating governmental change by violence.
Any activity that may violate community standards of good morals, manner, or taste or be injurious to the buildings, grounds, or equipment.
Any purpose in conflict with school activities.
Commercial activity except as fundraisers for charitable or service groups.
Users may not conduct any activity which discriminates against any person on the basis of race, color, creed, or sex.
