Sublette County School District #1 is committed to delivering a rigorous standards-aligned curriculum that will empower students to succeed in college, careers, and life. The district’s Subject Area Committees have designed and developed a series of curricula to maximize the learning that takes place in the classroom. Every effort is made to ensure that the design and selection of curriculum is either evidence- or researched-based to support the consistent use of instructional methods that have been proven effective.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Wyoming schools are held accountable at both the state and federal level. State accountability is defined in the Wyoming Accountability in Education Act (WAEA). This law takes into account measures specifically related to educational goals in Wyoming. Federal accountability is a locally controlled Wyoming accountability system that meets federal guidelines defined in the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).

This annual report card has been designed to provide district stakeholders with information about student, school, and district performance. The data can also be used for improvement planning by identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

Please be aware that no school performance ratings will be provided for the 2020-21 school year due to the lack of testing in 2020 due to COVID-19. The most current report cards are provided below.
